The weather could not have been more perfect for our beloved BATTers to enjoy that good old fashioned Tiger fun! While the breeze was cool, the beer and beverages were ice-cold! Our of our beloved gourmets even brought Bullfrog, for those brave BATT members looking for trouble. Of course, when it comes to trouble, nothing brings it faster than the presence of the infamous jello shots. While a traditional staple at our tailgate, they never cease to do their part to bring the party to that"next level". Only one home game left to play! The Krewe of BATT will, no doubt, go out with a bang next week. One rogue member, an Ole Miss fan, made his desires known to place a giant rebel tent near the tailgate next week. However, the Krewe is set to "handle" this problem with swift and devastating force, if necessary!

Not even the fear of impending rain could keep our die hard BATTers from their beloved tailgate! The call of delicious food, ice-cold cocktails, good friends, washer-board, and pumping music were simply too difficult to resist. One of our BATTers reached a milestone on Saturday. Our own Reid P. hit the big 55. Where else would he want to spend his birthday? It wasn't until after much of the partying was through, that Mother Nature unleashed the washout. Never fear, the tents, stuffed tigers, chairs, and all other necessary equipment have been dryed. ( Thanks to our wonderful BATT members!) We are ready and waiting for November 4th. Roll Tide, Roll......AROUND THE BOWL AND DOWN THE HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many spirited "discussions" were had regarding washerboard this week. "You guys keep changing the rules," was a popular phrase uttered by many possibly overserved male BATTers.

The World is Coming to an End!

Fellow BATTers, if you felt a rumble on Saturday, it was more than just the Tigers stomping the Mississippi State Bulldogs. That rumble was actually a rift in the space time continuum!What caused this unrest you might ask? Two inconceivable events occurred SIMULTANEOUSLY! Jim T, famous LSU enthusiast extraordinaire, actually left a game early. This, in and of itself, is scandalous! Jan M, infamous fair weather LSU fan, actually came to an LSU game. This, in and of itself, is shocking. The most unbelievable part of this amazing story is Jan M, aforementioned fair weather fan, actually stayed longer at the game than our own die-hard Jim T. As impossible as it may sound, there is photographic evidence of the day that all BATTers swore would never happen. The day Jim T would not be in the stadium and Jan M would! Brace yourself, the world just may be coming to an end!!!!!!!!!!
